TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE CAR:

 Price Includes: Insurance, Service, Maintenance and suitable vehicle for replacement in event of normal service, breakdown or accident.

Documents needed to rent a car: Valid driving license, passport, valid credit card to cover, files & excess mileage if any – or accidents.

PAI: PAI for passengers as per the standard seating capacity of the requested vehicle is optional and available at an additional cost at USD 4pp/day. 

Insurance: Full Comprehensive Insurance CDW. Insurance excess of USD 400 is applicable in the event of an accident only when the client or unknown third party is at fault. Submission of final police report which is suitable for insurance claim is mandatory in case of accidents and damage to the rented vehicles. Client has option to insure deductible for USD 10/day.

On Tours in DUBAI: Salik Tag will be fixed at our cost and each time vehicle passes any of the toll points the charges would be USD 2/- per entry.

Driving License & Age Limit: A valid driving license from home country that is more than 1 year old is mandatory... The minimum age of the driver should be of 21 years. Non Compliance with the above will attract additional liability of 10% of the total damage cost on Thrifty's vehicle in addition to the Insurance excess @ USD 685/- per accident. . This is applicable in case of an accident, only due to driver's fault or unknown third party (hit & run cases).


Traffic Violations: Fines or other expenses incurred through traffic violations committed during the term of rental will be Lessee’s responsibility, if the lessee’s representative commits the violation. The lessor will charge the Lessee the actual traffic fine or other traffic violation charges, which will be billed separately upon receipt of fines from the traffic department with 10% service charge. The traffic fine payment is the liability of the lessee irrespective of the user who may be on enrolls or resigned or left the country. The traffic violations will be submitted as and when received from the traffic department

Arrival at DUBAI International airport, after formalities, you will be able to direct yourself to the Car rental area at the car rental counter. After the car formalities are done, you will receive the keys, and you will be ready to discover the region. Drive to your hotel. We will provide you with a GPS device and a road book.Check-in at the hotel. Overnight in DUBAI

DAY 2: DUBAI - ABU DHABI (120 km)

Breakfast at your hotel. We suggest starting with an Abu Dhabi city tour, the largest and the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. This comprehensive tour is the ideal introduction to the UAE capital and the island on which it stands. The name Abu Dhabi means: “Father of the Gazelle”. Stop first at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest Mosques in the world; able to accommodate more than 30,000 worshipers. The beautiful Mosque is completely clad in marble and also features intricate Islamic decoration and carvings as well as extensive landscaping works. Continue your tour towards Abu Dhabi downtown. Pass through the old city or what we consider OLD today and pass by the oldest building in town, the Palace of Al-Husn. Then proceed to Heritage Village, which houses a small museum and depicts the traditional daily activities of the Arab community prior to the discovery of oil. In the afternoon, drive along the spectacular Corniche, past gleaming white mosques, glass-clad offices and elegant high-rise apartments to the tip of the breakwater for a superb view of the city’s magnificent skyline. The remaining part of the afternoon devotes to driving through the famous giant Saadiyat Island project where the LOUVRE museum is opened and other museums are being built to complete the image of ABU DHABI as a cultural city. Continue towards the famous Yas Island which houses the FORMULA 1 YAS circuit & the first attraction park of Ferrari in the world. An impressive attraction park, the largest covered air-conditioned park in the world with a huge RED FERRARI sign as a landmark. Overnight in Abu Dhabi.

DAY 3: ABU DHABI - AL AIN (150 km)

Breakfast at your hotel. Departure to the oasis city of Al Ain, located on the Hajjar Mountains. Al Ain is one of the oldest cities in the UAE, rich in traditions. For thousands of years, the oasis of Al Ain has been an important caravan stop on the ancient trade routes across Arabia. Visit the camel market, the largest in the UAE. Passed by Al Ain Palace, it is one the most important cultural places in Al Ain city. It is a direct testimony to the period of rule of the late Sheik Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan in Al Ain and his original place of residence there. The Palace is also the birthplace of HH Sheikh Mohamad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi. Visit the Jahili Fort, one of the largest castles in Al Ain and the best-in-class example of Islamic military architecture locally. Then, proceed to visit the different Museums of Al Ain, where you will learn everything about the history of this region. In the afternoon, step back in time at the Hilli Gardens, famous for the archaeological excavations from the third millennium B.C. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight at the hotel in Al Ain.

DAY 4: AL AIN – EAST COAST - FUJAIRAH area (300 km)

Breakfast at your hotel. You will head off through picturesque landscapes with sandy deserts and mountains, on the East Coast of the Emirates, located on the Gulf of Oman. Drive through the small oasis towns of Dhaid and Masafi, situated in an agricultural region where fruits and vegetables are cultivated. Stop at the local “Friday Market” followed by a quick city tour of Fujairah with a stop at the Bidiya Mosque, the smallest and oldest mosque in UAE. Head towards the Dibba / Fujairah area to your hotel. You just have reached the warm coasts of the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of OMAN. Check-in. Overnight in the FUJAIRAH / Dibba area. 

DAY 5: FUJAIRAH (DIBBA) – OPTIONAL Musandam Cruise (Oman) - FUJAIRAH (DIBBA)

Breakfast at your hotel. Today, you can do a cruise in the waters of the Gulf of Oman. Musandam is a spot where the waters of the “gulf of Oman” are the gateway to the natural sea treasures. The Musandam Peninsula is the northernmost part of Oman, it has one of the most rugged, isolated and beautiful coastlines in the world. The towering Hajar Mountains rise directly out of the sea creating spectacular fjords-like scenery, and providing an awe-inspiring backdrop for the caves, bays and pebble beaches along the coast. The sheltered bays also offer a safe environment for snorkelers and non-divers to explore. The marine life of the Gulf of Oman is rich in diversity with fish, corals, turtles and invertebrates. A dhow trip in the fjords of Musandam offers an insight into this fantastic landscape and guarantees an ambience of peace and tranquillity. There is also a possibility of seeing Dolphins along the cruise. Lunch on board. The traditional type of dhows is equipped with comfortable seats, cushions and carpets, Enjoy sea safaris, snorkelling, swimming, playing and more.(Note: Please carry your passport along with you, as it is required for Police Check). Back at the end of the day to relax at your hotel. Overnight in Fujairah/Dibba

DAY 6: FUJAIRAH – SHARJAH - DUBAI (350 km)

Breakfast at your hotel. Proceed to Sharjah for a city tour of Sharjah, well known as the “cultural capital of the Emirates”. We suggest you visit the Sharjah's Museum of Islamic Civilization, the first of its kind in the UAE. Opened in 1987 as the Souq al- Majarrah and quickly became a popular landmark. Its most outstanding feature is its majestic, gilt central dome, decorated on the inside with an intricate mosaic depicting the night sky and the signs of the zodiac. Stop at the famous Souk Al Arsa, the oldest souk in the UAE. One of today’s highlights is the exciting Blue Souk, where more than 600 local traders offer their goods. Drive along the spectacular Corniche then transfer to Dubai. Upon arrival in Dubai, you may visit Dubai Mall, the famous shopping centre in Dubai. At around 1700 hrs, proceed to your hotel & Check-in. Overnight in Dubai. 

DAY 7: DUBAI

Breakfast at your hotel. Departure to discover the spectacular and lively metropolis of Dubai. Dubai, developed from a small fishing village at the Dubai Creek, nowadays presents itself as a glamorous metropolis in the Arabian Gulf. The distinctive skyscrapers and gigantic shopping malls will impress every visitor. On your way, you photo-stop at the awe-inspiring Grand Mosque of Jumeirah. Photo stop of Burj Al Arab Hotel. Photo stop of the Atlantis Hotel located at the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Pass by the new residential area of Jumeirah Beach. Pass by the region of DUBAI Mall and Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower and the centrepiece of the Gulf region's most prestigious urban development to date. Burj Khalifa will radiate out in a series of ellipses from the sky-breaking tower encompassing residential, commercial, hotel, entertainment and the world's largest shopping mall. Then you will continue to Bastakyia, the old town district of Dubai. Learn everything about the local history and geography of the city when visiting the Dubai Museum, located in the ancient fortress of Al-Fahidi. Another highlight is using the local water taxis, called “Abras”, to cross Dubai Creek. Enjoy the spectacular view of the city while heading towards the district of Deira. Here you will be enchanted by the large variety of exotic spices in the famous Spice Souk. Take the chance to get a unique and affordable souvenir when you visit the adjacent Gold Souk. In the afternoon we propose an OPTIONAL Desert Safari, after settling down in the 4WD vehicles, the jeeps will speed through the desert of the golden sand dunes. The dune bashing or desert driving continues with the thrill of going up and down the dunes provoking many shrieks and laughter full of excitement. The final leg of this program takes us to the main campsite. This will definitely be the highlight of the trip. After witnessing a memorable sight – the true Arabian sunset with its glory and magic. A delicious Barbecue Dinner is prepared on open fires and a variety of beverages are available. The beat of the music increases as a Belly dancer starts dancing to the rhythm of the music. What better way to experience a true Arabian night than this? Overnight in Dubai
